People have suggested numerous different theories for the disappearances and other strange goings-on that have boosted Bennington Triangle's reputation for the bizarre. Strange UFO sightings and Big foot sightings.  Some even suggest that all these people were killed by a bobcats, or even that they were killed by bears One theory holds an escaped murderer killed the missing people. Others claim reality in the Bennington Triangle is a little unstable, and perhaps you could easily slip into another dimension there. Whatever the cause, Be it big foot, serial killer, ghosts, aliens, a curse or anything supernatural… if you're planning a hiking trip in southern Vermont, be on the lookout - and I noticed 2 common factor in all these cases. The first one don’t go hunting or hiking with your cousin… So basically you don’t do the dirty with your cousin and you don’t go in the woods with your cousin…. one of  you isn’t coming home and the second one the color Red… you have been warned..

I don’t know about you, but disappearance stories really creep me out.  There is so many good ones out there,  I will eventually get to those ones my list is sooooooo long. For today’s episode I have chosen 4 stories for you that are not as widely covered as some other disappearances. You may not have ever heard of  James Tedford, Damian Mckenzie, Thelma Melton, and Martha wright. These people could have legitimately vanished into another dimension… Or perhaps they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time and met their awful end… That is for you to decide because they have never been heard from again, nor have their bodies been found. So buckle up Buttercup its going to be a bouncy ride.

Have you heard of the Flatwoods monster or the Braxton county monster? This West virginia creature has be come quite famous in pop culture making appearances in the Anime series Sgt Frog, in the episode Fake it til you make it. The legend of Zelda: Majoras mask. The tv show Mountain monsters. And of course my Personal favorite Fallout 76…. What what is this crytoid? Stories all have one thing in common this Alien like creature leaves everyone who encounters it shaken and mentally fatigued…. Many claim their memories are fuzzy and they are not sure they are remembering everything that happened to them after they witnessed this monster…. Could their minds just being protecting them and blocking horrible memories, which is very common when someone witnesses traumatic events…. Or is it more possible that this monster put them in a trance and whipped their memories…. Which is scarier? Are you even brave enough to venture through the deep dark depths toreveal the petrifying events in order to find the answers? Are you sure you want to relive the moment you met the monster who will haunt your nightmares for years to come?

In the  1970's the living conditions in Prison were inhumane.... In Attica, a prison built to hold around 1200 inmates was stuffed with over 2000 inmates, these inmates were terrorized by guards daily... So the prisoners decided it was time for a change and for four days in September 1971, more then half of the prisoners held 39 guards hostage in protest of the horrific conditions at Attica prison. The results weren't what anyone was expecting... The police decided to take the prison back by force. They fired more than 3000 rounds blindly inside the prison. This disastrous police raid cost the live of 43 people, 10 of which were hostages. What happened to the police department for their actions... Join us and find out. 

You notice your neighbor from down the street following you. He’s creeping in and out of shadows…. Stalking you. He lunges at you and unleashing a blood-curdling howl as he snatching you up with his long bony fingers that rip in to your skin, you stare at his long needle like teeth and you smell death and decay on his breath as he sinks his teeth in to your flesh, the last thing you hear as everything goes black is the sound of ripping and your own screams.

Mitrice Richardson's disappearance and death was avoidable, a tragic combination of mental illness and gross incompetence by police. But was she murdered? Or was it blanant disregard for human life in need that ended in tragedy?  You decide…. And you need to decide quickly before it happens to someone who maybe close to you.

This may just be a cautionary tell those lumberjacks and miners passed along the nightly fires to get a rise or have fun or inform those new to the work that there were unexplained dangers out there in the wilderness that should be taken seriously. Whatever the case maybe I’m sure if you venture into the wilderness of Colorado your self you will be ever vigilant cause you never know when a slide rock bolter is on its way to swallow you up.
