Stabbed to Death... but was it at the hands of her boyfriend?

The mysterious death of Ellen Greenberg. This is case has always baffled me.

How can this case have been classified a suicide? Ellen was found slumped in her kitchen with a knife
sticking out of her chest. She stabbed herself over 20 times in the back of the head, in their neck, and their chest… Why would she keep stabbing herself over and over again, what was the pain in her life she
was trying to end.

 

Why choose such an awful bloody painful suicide
or perhaps this wasn’t suicide at all?
