On May 24, an 18-year-old gunman wielding an AR-15-style rifle killed 19 children and two teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, a small city west of San Antonio.  The act6ion of the police we can all agree were lacking, this prompted the first comprehensive assessment of the law enforcement response to the shooting, ultimately leading to disciplinary actions to the police department.
